It's easy to change the serial baud rate of BT578 adapter, just 3 steps:
1, Connect BT578 to Windows XP/7/8/10 desktop or laptop PC via DB9 male to female converter. Please pay attention to Male/Female Slide Switch on the top of BT578 adapter, make sure the switch is at F position. (If there isn't RS232 serial port on your PC, you can buy a USB to RS232 cable to add a serial port to your PC)
2, Turn on BT578 adapter, the blue LED will blink,the green LED is OFF(not connected to other device), open BT578 tester software(click here to download), choose the correct com port number which BT578 was connected, make sure the software COM port setting is same as BT578 default setting(9600,N,8,1), please refer to the following snap picture.
3, Click Open Com to Open serial port, then click the black AT Command Mode Button on the top of BT578 adapter, making the adapter get in AT command mode. Type testing command AT in Data input area, the upper window will get return message OK. Type AT+UART=115200,0,0, the baud rate of BT578 adapter is changed to 115200 bps. (Please make sure New Line is checked on BT578 tester software)
